CALGARY PUBLIC LIBRARIES
PUBLIC LIBRARIES
Anyone living in Calgary can belong to the library. Membership cards are for an annual fee of $10.00 for adults, $7.00 for seniors, $6.00
for teens and children 12 and under for free, and are available from any one of Calgary's fifteen branch libraries or the Central Library
downtown.
Available at the Central Library are:

books in thirty different languages. These can be borrowed through any of the branch libraries.

telephone books from major Canadian and other cities of the world.

films, CD's and tapes to be borrowed

daily newspapers from major Canadian and some U.S. cities.

there are also newspapers and magazines from many other countries in many other languages.
